We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of external streaming platform registries, third-party APIs, or digital service provider (DSP) payout modifications. We do not guarantee that our software will locate or recover funds in every scenario.
IN NO EVENT WILL VOTEXT SONIC METRICS LLC, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SOFTWARE PIPELINES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE RENDERED.
Our software interacts with third-party databases (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, The MLC, SoundExchange). Votext Sonic Metrics LLC exercises no operational control over these external networks. We are not responsible for any modifications, ingestion delays, data rejections, or processing freezes initiated by these external third-party platforms.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Votext Sonic Metrics LLC is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
